CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

I cannot speak highly enough of the standard of service provided

Made me a new window

What we did

How did we do?

I broke a leaking window removing it to rebed it. I phoned Eagle windows. 20 minutes and 2 photos later I had a quote. 1 day after they received the broken window they have manufactured and dispatched the replacement.

Refurbish Lewmar Ocean hatch

What we did

How did we do?

First class service and end result. I just wish I had some crazed hatch covers on previous boats improved in the same way.

QUITE A SHOCK WHEN GOING BELOW TO ACTUALLY SEE OUTSIDE

REFURBISH 4 WINDOWS

What we did

How did we do?

This is the third boat that I have had the windows refurbished by Eagle Boat Windows and they have never disappointed. They are prompt, helpful and sympathetic, windows returned in three weeks.THw quality of workmanship is excellent and the old frames aligned perfctly, including every screw hole. Rather than another picture of the finished arcticle, this is a picture of my preparations to ensure that I did not kick the screws overboard.

What a fantastic service Eagle provides. We got great advice about removing the hatches and window safely. The lids4lend provided were excellent, easy to fit and watertight. Outstanding workmanship on the hatches and window. Great instructions for refitting. There was nothing they didn't do brilliantly.

Really good service

Replace glass in windows

What we did

How did we do?

Great service. Windows were original from 1984, Perspex was crazed and after I removed the windows from the boat they replaced with toughened glass. I was a bit wary about taking the windows out but received excellent advice from Rowland.

Now selling new hatches and well as refurbishing old ones.

Supplied a brand new Lewmar Ocean 20 hatch

What we did

How did we do?

I believe that I'm the first retail customer for a new hatch, rather than a refurbishment. Refurbishment was my original plan - new seals and perspex - but I found that the hatch flange had some fairly serious corrosion around the bolt holes so was resigned to it going into a skip. I was therefore mightily impressed when Eagle Boat Windows offered to take my old hatch in part-exchange for a new one - it'll now continue life as one of their Lids4Lend stock, so it's great to know that it will continue to be used, albeit temporarily, by several more boat owners whilst their own hatches are sent for refurbishment. Great service and excellent communications plus a competitive price on the new hatch, so I'm very happy.

Great end to end service.

Replaced and resealed the acrylic which had popped out of the forehatch and generally refurbished the seals and fittings.

What we did

How did we do?

The turnaround time was very quick and the refurbished hatch looks good (and passed the hose test). What was very useful was the temporary hatch that Eagle provided. This was well thought through, easy to fit and very secure. Also, Eagle took care of all the packing and posting arrangements which I appreciated. Good communication, easy to deal with and very friendly.
